Thank you for shopping with SPKN | LIFE WEAR.

Because our products are made to order specifically for each customer, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Change of mind
Ordering the wrong size
Selecting the wrong colour
Preference-based reasons
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Gift cards
Custom or personalised products, unless faulty

Please review the sizing guide, product description, colour selection, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable consumer laws.

Faulty, Damaged, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Misprinted
Significantly different from its description
In the wrong size or colour due to our error
As the wrong product

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item and the problem
A photograph of the packaging if the item arrived damaged

Once we have reviewed the issue, we will provide an appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include a repair, replacement, or refund to your original payment method.

Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Production may begin shortly after an order is placed, so changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact spknlifewear@gmail.com immediately. If production has not started, we will do our best to assist you.
