Thank you for shopping with SPKN | LIFE WEAR.

All our products are made to order through our print-on-demand production partners. This means your items are created specifically for you after your order is placed.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within New Zealand and Australia.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Processing may take slightly longer during launches, public holidays, or periods of high demand.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after production are:

New Zealand: 2–7 business days
Australia: 4–10 business days
International destinations: 7–21 business days

These timeframes are estimates only. Delivery may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately at spknlifewear@gmail.com. We will try to correct the address before production or dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Additional delivery charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Deliveries

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at spknlifewear@gmail.com with your order number.

We will investigate the issue and work with the delivery carrier or production partner to provide an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable consumer law.
